They came out quickly and did the work exactly as we discussed and I would hire them again without question. Outstanding work!

After a bad storm, we were in need of having a large tree removed. Even though Dinchers were very busy with cleaning up storm damage, they were very prompt to take care of us. They even contacted PPL for us to repair wires. They removed the stump and were very conscientious with the cleanup. To top it off, they sent a note to thank us for choosing them. When I called to get my estimate it took forever to get them to come out and do the estimate, i told the lady in the office that we would need a crain. Tom gave me the lowest estimate so we went with them. It took a while to get them out to do the job. When they came to do the job they showed up with no crain and the guy that was there to do the job said if it was him he would not do it. So after looking over the job for awhile and speaking with Tom they decided to do the job, they explained what they were going to do to me and I said as long as Tom understood if there was any damage. they backed the bucket truck up in my front yard over my sidewalk (dug up a rosebush first) and did the job. Yes they got the tree down without it ending up on my house however now my sidewalks are cracked. when I called and spoke to Tom I was told that I was splitting hairs, after all they pulled off a pretty tuff job. I told him I understood that, however now my walks need replaced, he said he saved me money by not using a crain, i explained he didn't because now I need to replace my sidewalks. He said that his guys explained to me what they were going to do, and again i said I also said as long as Tom knew if anything got damaged he would need to take care of it. Well as you can guess he did not stand behind his work and I would not suggest him to anyone because he is not a good one on one person and does not follow up and make sure everything is as it should be.
