Plus dining at a restaurant overlooking an active volcano has been a pattern for me ever since I was introduced to an Indonesian buffet in Bali that overlooked Mt. Batur. The beef was tender and they also offer free broth refills. Perfect soup during our windy day adventure in Tagaytay!
