We went on a 10-day vacation to London, and we used Dinez Taxis for airport transfers to and from Heathrow and our hotel for our family of 8, as well as a full-day trip to Stonehenge and Windsor Castle. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. It was really easy to book through their website, and they answered my questions promptly through email. Since we were traveling from the US, we bought eSIMs for our phones which only had a data plan. Luckily, the drivers are available on WhatsApp, so we were able to talk to them whenever we needed to. One especially nice feature was that we were able to book a driver for the entire day to visit Stonehenge and Windsor Castle. This allowed us to visit these places at our own pace, as opposed to booking a bus tour. We requested a Filipino driver who spoke Tagalog so we could have pleasant and easy conversations during the long drive there. He even accommodated our request to stop by a Costco on our way back to the hotel! The vehicles were clean, comfortable, and spacious, and we felt well taken care of every step of the way. Traveling with a big family can be stressful, but Dinez Taxis made everything smooth and hassle-free. Dinez Taxi service in London is the best. We did a last minute booking and staff was very responsive and professional. We landed in Gatwick at 7 AM and needed to go straight to Stonehenge then Bath then Oxford before checking into our hotel. Our driver VINCENT was very prompt and knowledgeable.
