Attempts to resolve the issue were met with argumentative behaviour and aggressive, intimidating body language, making what should have been a simple transfer unnecessarily stressful. At one point, he pulled over at a gas station and walked away to call the office, leaving us to try and repack the luggage ourselves. If you're booking from Gatwick or Heathrow, be aware that luggage issues may not be handled professionally. I will not use this service again.

He was very professional, the vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the trip to Leicester was wonderful. Our return trip was in a larger vehicle with a different driver - he also stayed in close contact with us and met us in the lobby of our hotel. He was very personable and helpful, and the return trip to Heathrow was flawless. At all times we felt safe and secure.
