If you are in a wheelchair or need an understanding driver. I would stay away from this car service and absolutely avoid at all costs. The driver with the wheelchair ramp, as he is rude, incompetent, offensive and will try to speak to you in a manner that will make you feel like he is doing you a favour, by doing his job badly, that is if he doesn't break your property first. I identify a bag that was fragile which he proceeded to pick up and throw into the boot. It was at this point, after he had already risked breaking my wheelchair by not listening, I retrieved my things and told him to leave.
The real joke of it is that he has been slating customers to other firms trying to stop them from getting a future taxi.
The only reason I rated them 3* is because I did have 1 wonderful driver an English gentleman in his later years. In a silver MPV if my memory serves me.
He alone would have gotten 5*
But unfortunately he has a lot of colleagues who clearly don't have his manners in my experiences. The bad drivers however and there are plenty of them. Speak English as a second language.
Now I hate that is the only general description I can give as it can easily be taken out of context. But though maybe 15 recent journeys only one driver didn't treat me like something you wouldn't want on your shoes. read more
