My emails have gone unanswered for weeks at a time, and when I did receive a response, I was told he had been on vacation. Despite continued attempts to reach him, he has not returned my calls or emails. I also contacted the insurance company directly, and they informed me they have not received any communication from him regarding my claim. I chose to work with an agent because I expected guidance and support if I ever needed to use the coverage he recommended. Sadly, that has not been my experience. If you're looking for an agent who will continue to assist you after the policy is sold, my experience suggests you may want to consider other options.
