If I could give negative stars, I would!…read more Insurance was terminated during divorce and I was never even notified by this office. I have only had 2 windshield glass claims since being insured. After discovering that my auto insurance was cancelled (which I was a named insured on), I called the office for remedy/resolution and was provided nothing. They wouldn't even provide the cancellation notice because I was removed from the policy immediately before cancellation. Each time I have called this office, it's like I talking to a wall. 2021 Audi S4 sustained significant damages from a hit and run ($13k), was charged with driving without insurance (due to not being advised of insurance cancellation). Who checks their insurance to ensure proper coverage each time before driving? Nobody! How else would I have known? I am really starting to wonder what type of curriculum is taught to be an agent. Clearly, fiduciary duty isn't the high on the list. I have had amazing service with USAA, Progressive and Geico. I would urge anyone/everyone to stay away from this office. Maybe, just maybe, other State Farm offices are different but they will certainly never have my business again. I convey this to everyone that I speak with in regard to insurance.

I called his office to pay for the balance for the year & someone by the name of Jake took down my credit card information to process the payment (I was assuming he was entering it in the system to process it right then & there). Unfortunately, a week later, someone by the name of Megan called my husband to ask if he wanted to renew the insurance.... something I thought I had already taken care of a week prior with Jake. I called the office again and spoke with Megan and she was able to process the payment. RIght after I got off the call with Megan, I spoke to another agent to take care a few other items and I find out from her that Jake had put my credit card information in the "Notes" section for everyone to see (this include expiration date, and 3 digit security code). This is a compete security violation and no agent should EVER be putting anyones credit card information info anywhere so public.
