Absolutely unprofessional and zero accountability. We had a class booked for Saturday, 10th Jan for…read morea few weeks. We received email confirmation confirming the class as well as a reminder a day before the actual class. However, when we showed up, they mentioned that they didn't have any empty system and they will have to reschedule our class. We live 30 mins away from the location and that was extremely frustrating. They had tried to call us 20 mins before the start of the class to mention that it was cancelled, however I was driving then. I just don't understand why cancellations notices cannot be sent at least a day in advance. It's such a waste of time for parents to drive 30 mins each way and then be told that class is cancelled.
