The National Grid gentleman arrived in less than an hour from notification. His first question: do you have a humidifier? Answer: yes. Turns out the gas flame was being affected by the minerals in the humidifying mist changing the flame's color to orange. He knew every single code off the top of his head and would come by almost every morning to go over the day's plan with his guys.
