We'd been walking up around the Long Man hills and were rather gasping for a cuppa! A lady we got talking to said that the scones didn't taste right. She wasn't sure if it was the butter or the actual scones but said that she was going to tell them before she left. Her and her mother had waited around 45 minutes for their tea and scones they said. The hot chocolate quite frankly lived up to its name (it was hot) Served with our drinks and cakes, we got given exquisite Belgian chocolate truffles. The Victoria Sponge was very sweet and large. The waitress was very friendly and polite and made me feel welcome. I would recommend Deliciously Gorgeous in Eastbourne to anyone, as they are extremely accommodating.
