The doctors are competent, the staff is less so. You must be your own advocate in scheduling, getting lab results and confirming treatment. There are several doctors in the group, they rotate locations and days of the week, so scheduling can be a problem.

I wish I had something good to say about this outfit, but I can't. the head Doctor, known as, Dr…read more Bobby, is not very helpful and has a very bad attitude with a certain patient that I know personally. This patient's body cannot take 4 hr treatments and has asked to be put on less lengthy treatments and was denied and the Dr has actually wanted 4 1/2 hr treatments. That was absolutely disgusting. He also has a death attitude towards her and has told her there is no hope for her. She has been told by, Fresenius personnel that she should stop treatments and go home and let nature takes it's course. In other words, go home to die.They refuse to help her go to other dialysis centers or even get another doctor. This place is terrible and should be investigated.
