So after giving their company 60+ thousand dollars and them having to help us with 2 claims that were beyond our control that equaled 15 thousand dollars they turned their backs on us. Please beware of this company!!!!! I wish someone told me how unloyal they are to VERY loyal customers. Never again! If only our "trusted" agent would have advised as to what to do instead of pressuring us to file the claims! But now we fully see how this agency operates!
