Do NOT purchase pet insurance through Nationwide!! We made the mistake.. got the paperwork in the…read moremail and they mixed up the dogs name, age, and breed. Called them this morning to correct. They states that I must take each dog to the vet and have the ver fax them documents for a change... for an error they made.. after reading the policy.. they really dont cover... well.. anything! Cancelled the policy right then. Then they had the nerve to tell me that if I cancel my policy I will be banned from using Nationwide... what? I would hate to see how they do auto and life insurance if you cant even get them to correct an error on pet insurance.
