I have my mortgage with WSFS. Three times within the last 2 years they have claimed that I did not…read moremake my mortgage payment when I had made it online, and once in their branch. I have to call my bank (not WSFS) and prove they have my payment, which they always do. Once when making the payment in the WSFS branch, the teller applied $500 of my payment to someone else's account, making it look like I made a partial payment. Then their collections department calls and makes you feel like a second class citizen because you haven't paid. This last time it took 11 days to get it cleared up. They assessed late fees right away also. So tired of this. Get your act together WSFS.

I found it intriguing and I called and spoke with Patrick Shields, an investment consultant at blockweather. I found him quite personable, easy to talk with, a good listener, and did not rush me off the phone but took all the time I needed. I judged him on my intuition and also on the facts he presented. I decided to take what I received from the sale of my home and invested most of it with him. That was in May of 2017. This is November of 2017 and I have, as of today, doubled my investment! OMG! Maybe it's too early to tell but I invested some money there a few months ago and my account value…read morehas been down...down...down ever since and now it is worth 50% of the amount invested. The whole crypto market is down so I didn't expect miracles and I knew it was going to be a bumpy ride. Long term I think things will be much better and I'm in this at least until my account recovers its value then I'll re-evaluate. There seems to be a disconnect between the info on their site and in their client portal and the real world. I would have expected better communications or maybe I'm looking in the wrong place. There are so few reviews to read the only information out there is published by them.
