We arrived at our destination of which they told us it was an extra £10!! So we refused to pay the £31.50 fair of which the taxi driver locked us in the car, after lying to us, charging an extra £10 and we're the unreliable ones. We rang up 5 times demanding a refund of which we are entitled too, and every time they put the phone down and refused that it ever happened. STAY CLEAR!
