We then called at 11:40 and the taxi arrived and told us that they were nottingham cars, so thinking that they were we got in the taxi. We arrived at our destination of which they told us it was an extra £10!! So we refused to pay the £31.50 fair of which the taxi driver locked us in the car, after lying to us, charging an extra £10 and we're the unreliable ones. We rang up 5 times demanding a refund of which we are entitled too, and every time they put the phone down and refused that it ever happened. STAY CLEAR!
