My first pre approval that they secured for me fell through because of the developer...so we waited until the developer gave use another due date and we got the second pre approval done..thanks to the hard work of Awesome..that one fell through as the developer wasn't ready. So Albert and Co got to work with another pre approval and I settle tomorrow 19 May. I have had emails and phonecalls from Albert and Myra early mornings and late evenings. They will get the job done for you, and as quick as they can. All i can say is give them everything they ask for first up or it's you, not Albert holding up the process. I'm a pretty hard with my ratings and If I think people deserve crap ratings I will give it..but Albert is 5 Star .
