As I had to sign the loan as well I had to attend the three meetings we had with Steve, the mortgage broker. He showed us all the options then advised us which one to take, he then organised with our help, all the paperwork and in less than a week my son had his loan. It was completely painless. So Albert and Co got to work with another pre approval and I settle tomorrow 19 May. I have had emails and phonecalls from Albert and Myra early mornings and late evenings. They will get the job done for you, and as quick as they can. All i can say is give them everything they ask for first up or it's you, not Albert holding up the process.
