These "New High-Speed Internet" signs are absolutely everywhere out here in the country -- nailed to every utility pole like litter. It's completely trashing the rural landscape that so many of us moved here to enjoy. We didn't choose to live in the country to be surrounded by spammy, tacky advertising. Even worse? The company behind these signs doesn't even offer service at my address -- and I'm surrounded by them. It feels like a scam or at best false advertising. This kind of marketing should not be legal. Local authorities should be removing these signs and fining whoever is putting them up. Do better. Respect the community. read more

We gave them one star because you have to give them at least one star in order for your rating to show up, but they don't deserve it! They charged us $250 for an auto renew that we never signed up for, and when we called to complain or have the charge removed they told us that we could talk to as many people as we wanted there but it still wouldn't do any good. They could pass us around all day on the phone if we wanted. How's that for customer service!!
