I made an appointment to tint the front windows of my new car. Although I shopped around, I chose Direct Tint based upon their Yelp reviews. The owner greeted me, asked a few questions and then measured the tint level of the rear windows. He was very professional and thoroughly explained the entire process. He indicated that my car would be ready in an hour so I decided to grab lunch across the street, at Mier's. After I finished my lunch, I was going to go for a walk since I had over a half hour to kill. No sooner than I began my walk, he called to let me know that my car was ready. The owner, Jason, and manager, Nick, are stand-up guys who talked me out of doing the clear bra, even though they lost money in the process. But they were right - the clear bra would not have looked good on my Mustang with the California Special Package. Instead, I went with the ceramic coating through the dealership and am happy with the results. Jason and Nick did an excellent job on the window tinting. During the tinting process, the car window seal got damaged by accident. However, they immediately notified me of the issue and had me come back as soon as possible to replace the part free of charge. The Direct Tint Team did a great job my my Jeep GC Trailhawk! Even getting around the crazy black hood emblem was done right when installing the clear bra. Initially during inspection we found a few bubbles and Jason took the initiative to go back and re-do the clear bra on his own to make sure I went home with a satisfactory job. That's customer service! I've been to other tint and clear bra shops who just send you on your way, treat you like a number and not a customer. I would not recommend Direct Tint for graphics. Ok for Tint and Clear bra... Direct tint is ok if you want tint and clear bra but.... not a lot of experience when it comes to graphics. I had Direct tint wrap my jeep grill it looked ok but the graphics started peeling in 3 month. When I called Direct Tint I was told this level of work meets the Colorado standards... Everyone I've heard talk about Direct Tint raves about how good they are, so I decided to go there to have them install a clear bra on my 4Runner. After they finished installing I was joking around with one of the employees, possibly the owner, and told him that the line where the clear bra was cut looked straighter on his truck than it did on my 4Runner. He apparently didn't think the joke was funny and decided to take off and reinstall another clear bra to get it perfect, even though I was fine with the first installation. Now I know why everyone speaks so highly of Direct Tint, they take pride in their work and are not satisfied with pretty good. read more
