Setting up appt was super easy, very friendly customer service over phone. They got me in earlier due to cancellation and finished with 40 min. Price was very reasonable from what I've paid in past. I was real hopeful after reading all the positive reviews and having these guys recommended by Emich VW... either they're going downhill or I just got unlucky. Either way: -very difficult to initially schedule (though new office lady seems competent) -owner's hired help did a very mediocre job the first go-round -upon returning to have it fixed, owner tries to get out of fixing it and then gets a crappy attitude when I don't just drive away -he did agree to redo the worst sections (dozens of little bubble spots etc... even after 2 months) -I'll update once I know if the second time ends up being better. Until then- I'd recommend looking elsewhere. read more

I called and talked to Rick. He picked up my car at work and had it back in about 4-5 hrs. Unfortunately he forgot the warranty card when he came back, but helpfully mailed it to my house. They used LLumar film and it has a limited lifetime warranty against "cracking, peeling, or demetalizing". Looks good and no troubles in the past few weeks since I had it installed. read more

Sundance did a terrific job tinting the windows and wrapping my two new Jeeps with a UV protection film which has made a big diffrence.
