As I run my own resale shop in Rolling Meadows (Annie's Resale for the World), I know firsthand how frustrating that can be. Their associate Lynn then reached out to me the next day, processed the sale over the phone and mailed me these two items, which I just received. I was so touched by Lynn's quick response and the fact that she went the extra step to get the items to me. This level of customer care is what makes boutiques and businesses stand out from the rest.
