The most horrendous and abysmal service I have ever seen while calling to set up appointments and report technical issues. I would compare it to "nailing Jell-O to a wall", but I would not want to disrespect Jell-O by including it in the same sentence as DIRECTV. I would be embarrassed to work for them and predict they will slowly lose their relevance in rural areas just like they have in metropolitan areas due to their sneaky billing practices and utterly incompetent approach to their business. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. We started paying below 100$. Over 10 years later 230$ for same service. For the money, customer service is terrible! Half the time, cannot even get someone who speaks English and not reading the canned information given to them. When contract is up, I am done! Do not recommend. Pay for channels you like through apps! Waaay cheaper and better route to go. read more
