Horrible I.T. And worse customer service.. 0/10

There a joke .. they deleted my Disney when I got a new phone... why?? And when you get a new phone they'll mess up your WHOLE account lie to you. They reinstate it but did it that cost me more.. they are a joke. The people in the store also did not know what to do and gave me the wrong number...

Jesse was awesome! Super knowledgeable and courteous. Absolutely this is the best Verizon location I've been to.

She helped me go over my options and I was intrigued by a certain promotion kyli told me I qualify for and I went with it. I was supposed to get myself and my fiancé a new iPhone 15 pro max, Apple Watch SE second gen's (mind you with the watches she told me they where basically free), WiFi, Netflix, Hulu, and Apple TV all for us to trade in our current iPhones and a down payment of 900$ and pay the activation fees. And kyli also showed me my bill would be no more than 224.50$ a month. Well I let kyli know I would be happy to do that but I needed to get ahold of my fiancé before I paid the 900$ but I could easily do the activation fees same day and be in later in the week in person with my fiancé. I go in the next day and pay for one phone and get it ready for trade in. So I paid half of that 900$ she originally told me. I let her know I would be back in as soon as my fiancé was off work so we could do his and get everything switched over. Well my fiancé and I come back in and get ready to check out with his phone and now she's telling me the down payment has increased and i now have to pay an extra 1200$ for his phone. She also gave me a free case the day before and then she charged me for a case on his phone today along with two screen protectors which I easily could've gotten else where and didn't say anything until I checked my receipt. I'm a young expecting mother and I feel taken advantage of. On top of that she was messaging her boss and he was very adamant about making me lock in the previous day before. I'm unbelievably disappointed and I feel robbed. I never would've gone with them if I had known what the end result would be.

However, him asking of this store's manager, and "supposedly' his manager's boss (hidden away in a back room), they clearly stated there is nothing they can do with this initial charge. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS T-MOBILE LOCATION. I got ripped off- perfect example of horrible customer service.

Nevertheless, the team kept their cool and a Verizon representative at this location. Help me set up an alternate number that would allow me to make calls. Although I didn't have data, my goal was to get to Yellowstone and the staff helped me look at the map and locate the drive best for me. She was worried because the employee fixing the glass was flirting with male friends in the mall as she worked on my daughter's phone and was not paying attention. Cellairis's negligence (employee working on a phone while not paying attention to what she is doing because she was flirting with men in the mall) should void any indemnity clause. Did you know that whenever you take a phone to Cellairis, they can break it and destroy it and then claim they are not liable? The employee apologized for breaking my daughter's phone and promised that Cellairis would buy her a new one. But then the manager, Leah, reneged on the other Cellairis employee's promise; when I spoke with her, she promised instead to have the phone fixed and returned to my daughter as good as new in 2-3 weeks. She did not tell the truth. The phone arrived 8 weeks later and was still unusable. My daughter paid $215 to Cellairis to have the glass fixed but was never able to use the phone again. She was without a phone for 8 weeks while she waited, and then Cellairis sent her the phone with a broken motherboard, so it is useless. When we took the phone to Verizon, the Verizon employee pointed out that once Cellairis broke the motherboard of the phone, they would have known that the phone could not be restored to its previous level of performance. My daughter is out $215 to Cellairis because of employee negligence and had to spend hundreds of dollars to get a new one. Cellairis employees did not tell the truth to me or my daughter regarding this situation and should compensate my daughter financially since the problem arose from their negligence and disregard for my daughter's phone. I want to mention that I am merely stating the facts and no attempt has been made to slander anyone. What bothers me most is the apathy of the Cellairis employees, who did not care about the customer or try to make things right.
