I was charged for the service and they didn't even do the plugs. Then they left my car in even worse condition than when I brought it in by leaving zipties and a roll of tape in a hazardous place, left sensors unplugged (MAF and Diff temp) and my intake unseated. My sub wire was broken, washer fluid switch doesn't work, and much more. Kolby is impossible to reach and they dodged my calls and texts for a week. He took zero responsibility for what happened and was very rude and tries to scam college kids out of there money. Do not waste your time here, take your vehicle anywhere else!

Was told what I really needed was a much smaller repair, at a fraction of the price. Jay could easily have taken advantage of my ignorance on the matter in order to make more profit for himself, but instead he chose to be honest and save me money. In addition, he went above and beyond by including an extra item that I asked him to look at mid-job, and my price tag was still one fifth what I was originally expecting it to be. I will definitely be back, and would highly recommend this shop to anybody looking for vehicle maintenance. Thanks Jay!!

I had a very unpleasent experience with Montgomery Auto Shop from northwest Calgary you may read my…read morestory on their site so I was looking for another shop and I found on Yelp an auto shop called Jay's Automotive. My car is a Mitsubishi Endeavor 2007 so when my brakes did not work properly I request to Jay an estimation for rear and front brakes they answer to me and I made an appointment. Shortly after I left the car to the shop Jay called me with a good news you have left on your car about 2 years so is not a time to replace them. Honestly I was shocked by Jay's honesty and I ask him to check the brake fluid or some leaks somewhere and he replaced the fluid and charge me labour for one hour. So far so good the car is ok now and I want to thank to Jay and Andreea for their nice job.
