For the service I needed, they were amazing! I was adding a cold water tap for filtered cold water. I had the hole drilled in the countertop and just needed someone to install and split our water line. The facet was in a hard to reach area and I just didn't want to make any mistakes so I called SP and they were able to schedule me for a visit in just a few days. They gave me a time frame and they are great about communication. They sent me a text the day before to remind me of the appointment and the technician sent me a few text messages letting me know he was on his way about how long it would take for him to arrive. Calvin was my technician and when he arrived, I showed him what I needed and right away he went to work. Overall, it might have taken an hour and when he was finished, he showed me the work he did and everything was working perfectly. I know many people might have done this job themselves but I just didn't want any hassles and preferred to have someone who knows what they are doing, someone who does work like this every day. They are very professional, it was easy to schedule an appointment and the prices are fair. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Finally I texted her again the day of and still didn't get a response. The following day she texted me and said she could do it the next day. She did show up and was there for about 2 hours. She did communicate some issues she was having with her vacuum and I let her know that she could just skip the carpets. (We have dogs and there was a good amount of dog hair so I told her we would go back to vacuum and carpet clean ourselves) When we went over after she left we were very disappointed with what we found. The fridge was dirty. So was the oven. The bathroom floors were still dirty. She mopped but didn't sweep first so it was just wet dust and hair on the floor. She didn't get behind the toilets at all. Every window sill that I checked was still dusty. This was a huge letdown and caused me a tremendous amount of stress and anxiety in an already stressful time while moving during the holidays and dealing with a family death and everything all at the same time.
