We were able to schedule an appointment on relatively short notice, which was huge for me. He was respectful, on time, and attentive to any additional spot cleaning needed after cleaning the ducts. He also was observant of items (computers, etc.) and made sure to cover & protect them before cleaning. That was a big deal to me and it really shows his attention to detail & professionalism. He also gave me his evaluation of how dirty the ductwork was and his opinion on needing to evaluate whether there may be an issue with leaky ducts, etc. Again, I appreciated that, I am not an expert in ductwork or HVAC, so I rely on the opinions on those in the field to make an informed decision. He also accepted credit card at time of payment, which I appreciated. Based on my experience, I would use Mr. Pittman again for ductwork cleaning & I would recommend his services to someone else if they needed it. Additionally, I believe it is worth disclosing that he did not ask that I leave a review like many service providers do, I made this review because my experience with his services was worth noting in a review.

Bryan showed up exactly on the dot and did a walk through with me. We have 4 bedrooms and a hall carpeted upstairs. They were pretty bad as 4 kids have lived on them and they were overdue for a cleaning. I told him I did NOT expect stains to come out as we'd had several services try in the past with no luck. Most of the stains are cola or stains where a prior service had not put foil under the legs of beds and the mahogany stain had leached onto the carpet. I had moved as much as possible on top of the beds, and he said it was all fine to work around. He sprayed some kind of pretreatment then went back with the machine and was done in about an hour. He said we could walk on them immediately, but we waited a few hours. Except for where he had to heavily pretreat, it was almost dry in a couple of hours (barely damp). It looks like several old set-in stains are faded or much better - so that was a nice bonus. Oh, and he also said the stuff they use is "green" and safe for pets and kids. The best part is it all looks very fresh with vacuum marks and a nice light scent. I'm going to do better about having this done every 4-6 months as it really made a difference, Bryan was very nice and easy to deal with, also. All in all I'm pleased with the results, the cost, and the service. Now, if I can just keep the kids from taking drinks upstairs....
