Great little Gun Range way out in the country. No need to pay more for some fancy indoor Air-conditioned Gun Range, this place is all you need for the price. About $10/person for shooting. I believe he does not allow shotguns, but don't quote me on that. Hard to find (no signs out front), but a covered pavillion for shooting, targets for sale on site, and a knowledgable owner. I enjoyed getting qualified here, and would come back to shoot if I lived in the area. read more

I got to take my son there for his first shooting experience, had a covered shooting area with carpet on the tables and a good sight line down range to get my boy used to shooting .22 rifles and pistols. There are sighting optics mounted behind the firing line so you can see what's going on down range without shutting down the entire range. Also there are sleds there for zeroing. It was not crowded on a weekday morning and we had a great time cover firearm safety and basic shooting. Great value at the price too. We will go back to this range for sure. read more

I was well pleased with this place the owner is a great Guye and can't help you enough the target holders need to be changed out for sure but they work the sign need to be more visible from the road so you cans find the place can't come back soon enough read more

I used to go to Farmers Mercantile with my Grandpa when I was just a little kid. There were always men sitting outside visiting. I side, there were old farm implements hanging up high, bulk grains in bins with scoops so you could scoop just what you needed, an "old timey" scale to weigh them. It had rustic wood floors, old wood shelves displaying cookware, hardware, and stuff you needed when you needed it. I remember the smell, one I've never forgotten even decades later, it reminded me of fresh hay. I seem to remember chasing a chicken, or maybe it was a cat....i was pretty little. That was then, so very long ago! And now, even with the newer modern(ish) touches (metal shelves, newer cookware, etc) it's still that Farmers Mercantile I remember so well. It still sells "the stuff you need when you need it" but the memories are free. I hope it never changes. Priceless!
