I've always been very satisfied, until today. I picked up several watches that I had dropped off for battery changes, several of the same watches that have had batteries changed there before. Not once did the owner ever express having difficulty changing the batteries until this time. Then he charged me what I considered an outrageous amount in the process for 9 watches. I never thought to get an estimate first since I'd had happy results in the past. I'm so disgusted I could cry. Especially when another jeweler in town changes watch batteries for free. Chalk it up as a lesson learned.

When he tried Samuels, he had two people working with him and going over several different styles til they figured put what I would like. All of them together found the PERFECT ring and I love it so much! On top of that, when it came time to get my wedding band, I wanted something that would match and they were able to find one with ease. A few months after our wedding was my birthday and my husband wanted to get me another band to round out my wedding set, unfortunately they no longer carried the same band to match my wedding band. They worked with us until we found one that looked perfect and you can't even tell they are two different style of bands (see picture). Thus staff always goes above and beyond and are always so nice.
