The fridge (except the top), half of the kitchen, tub and showers, toilets, bathroom counters and a sweep, vacuum and mop was done. Paid $1,100 for 10 hours of service from 3 people and I'm confused at how long it took versus the state of my house. Nicotine still covered the walls in almost every room. There is one room I know had some sort of removal and 2 others where small sections of the walls were attempted, but no where else. I have spent the last 3 days while pregnant scrubbing walls, windows, doors, floors, and the kitchen areas that were ignored. I sent several pictures to the company which they offered to send the crew back to repeat the job, to which I refused due to time constraints for other services to be done at my home. I was offered nothing else to remedy the situation, which apparently the contract you have to sign states that you are offered a repeat service but all payment due despite service dissatisfaction. The website states they have standardized training and all employees are supervised during said training. The owner of the business who books these jobs never once laid eyes on my house, not before, during, or after the job was done. I would be much less angry and most likely wouldn't be making a fuss at all if this wasn't over $1000. I do not recommend this business whatsoever unless you have an extremely simple clean that needs to be done. And don't be as naive and trusting as I have been, because it got me screwed in the end.
