He came out and did his walk-around, getting measurements and identifying anything of note. He made some recommendations that were exactly what we wanted done. After deciding a color, we approved the (what I thought was a very low) cost and scheduled the installation. Weather and his workload had us anxiously waiting for a bit, but things cleared and we were next up. The whole crew showed, including Ryan, early and were done in a few mere hours. During that time, I had the chance to talk to his crew members. All were very polite and friendly. I heard them telling each other jokes and one was even singing to himself. This crew is tight and happy with what they do and proud of how it's performed. Clean-up was thorough. My perception of Ryan was that he's an incredibly honest, trustworthy, and conscientious man/boss. If I had another property/house in need of gutters, THIS IS THE PEOPLE I'D CALL! After our carpet dried we noticed patches of discoloration in high traffic areas, so we called Floor Covering Technologies. They explained that the last time we had the carpet cleaned (by another company) they used a cleaning fluid of high pH. When the residue soap mixed with the new cleaner it made a precipitate in the carpet. A Floor Covering tech came back to the house and cleaned the residue in the carpet. Now the carpet looks brand new.

On the morning of the service call, it was changed to 10:00 till 12:00....the technician arrived at 4:30. I Was initially quoted $550 for replacing two flush kits in two bathrooms. After completing the service, I was advised that the iPad had erroneously given me the "Member" price and my actual cost would be $675. I have been advised that the $550 quote was an extreme price for the service call. I later requested an itemized bill and was told "We don't do that" My initial intent was to use a local company, I learned the plumbing service was provided by a company out of Nashville. I have no issues with the work that was done, I do have concerns about how I was charged for this service call, and their lack of openness on how I was billed.

While I am trying to find the water turn off valve from our water system, she is calling around. $200, $300, $400 just to come out. Then, as I found the shut off valve, she found Chris at TriFlow. He was nice and extremely professional. He said don't worry about any emergency charges, he would only charge a normal visit charge. Since I knew what part to buy, I rushed to Lowes before he showed up and purchased the valve. What would have been easily $1000 by other companies, turned out to be only a couple hundred.
