They even moved everything off the deck (furniture, lighting, umbrellas, etc) and placed it all back, plus a couple of extra details they saw and knew needed to be taken care of. The entire job was done professionally and Al and his crew were prompt, respectful and super friendly. He was adamant that he would not leave unless he knew we were happy with the results. The crew pressure washed directly over an exterior electrical outlet, which caused a fire and damaged two outlets. THank god we were home and smelled it! We had to hire an electrician at our own expense to make repairs. The company did acknowledge the situation and said they would reimburse us, but despite multiple follow-ups, we have not been reimbursed and have not received any response. While the painting work was excellent, the lack of care during prep and the failure to follow through afterward are hard to overlook. Just something to be aware of when considering this company.
