This past fall I had a question about several of the trees very near the house. Nathaniel, a licensed arborist, took a look at the trees. Most were okay. One of them being a tall maple was in pretty bad shape. It was waiting for the next wind storm to come down on my house. It was recommended that this tree be taken down and we concurred. Have called several times, at one point reached them and said we were "still on the list" at the end of the summer, but haven't received a call back since. It was a small job (compared to our larger, pricer job in the past) but every customer should be treated as if they are important, and a call to say they ran out of time would have sufficed. I would not recommend them, I don't know if they are too busy or just don't value the small jobs.
