Have called several times, at one point reached them and said we were "still on the list" at the end of the summer, but haven't received a call back since. It was a small job (compared to our larger, pricer job in the past) but every customer should be treated as if they are important, and a call to say they ran out of time would have sufficed. I would not recommend them, I don't know if they are too busy or just don't value the small jobs.
