this company did the following 1. did not talk to the…read moreattorney until AFTER i signed a contract and paid retainer which they have you sign as non refundable. This apparently is legally wrong. 2. i spoke to the attorney for 10 minutes after signing, and she hung up and said i dont have time for this. I thought i heard her wrong. 3. they almost missed my case and i was getting frantic. 30 minutes before they asked me to send them the zoom meeting, so i prepared for it the 2 hours prior not being able to get ahold of them, they also never communicated with me leading up to it if they had any plans 3. I paid for the upgraded loan modification plan, which was 2790 retainer and roughly 1100+ / month for the loan modificaiton 4. they started absolutely nothing 5. they filed delay date only 6. they missed a necessary motion for the case 7. derrick calls me and flat out lies, i tell him again you sound like you are trying to get out of the case, if you want just leave and refund me. He manipualted that and said back to me "I heard you right, you want us to withdraw" he was using his contract in the back of his mind to screw me out of the retainer. 8. these peopel are crazy, the receptionist gave me legal advice, actually she was wonderful. debbie. everyone else is doing a big scam in the company. debbie please leave and go to an honest place. and the rest of you need be sanctioned. 9. derrick is the worst. 10. the attorney doesnt speak to you. they are trying to hide her very heavy accent. but quite frankly im very used to that, I have a lot of chinese co-researchers in the past. 11. i had a more complicated commercial case where the foreclosure was due to vacancy and not missed payements. so they identified that, and tried to get out of it, in fact all our conversations were about that and not the case itself or how to proceed with, and scam me out of the retainer. 12. I allowed them to stay on the case, and they withdrew themselves, i know that a foreclosure case is very cut and dry most of it at least, it just takes work. they simply did not want to do it and ended up putting me in a worse shape where the other attorney side is charging me thier fees as well. 13. sheryl even admitting they had no communication with me regarding the case itself, said she wanted to keep about half the retainer and refund the rest. They just came on last minute, which was my fault, pushed the case, then did nothing, and they were very agggressive to get me to sign the contract and then very aggressive to push me to withdraw so they can con that deposit. literally all my conversations with them were about them talking down to us. it was really wierd. I ended up using lawcenterllc. they are quite good. the attorney talks to me directly. I attached how they showed up late to court and how they asked me for the zoom meeting. service was worse than horrible.

worst attorney we have ever encountered…read more sad to say but we hired amerihope alliance to handle our foreclosure case. we had high hopes but little did we know that the powers that be at tha firm were going to assign miss. yang to us. this lady never had the courtesy of allowing us to meet with her in person. even now when we were taken by surprise by the plaintiffs filing a motion for summary judgement this attorney had no strategy other than "i can buy you some time if you agree to turn over the title to the mtg. company" . and when we insisted to meet in person at her browar county office she and the rest of her staff kept coming up with lame excuses not to face us in person. as we are now in the process of hiring "compentent/aggressive representation" we just learned that there was no affirmative defense, even though one was promisted. and she not even a challenge the bank note poccesion and most important, did not even follow our last request when filing the withdrawl motion. i strongly recomment that anyone considering this firm, to look real hard for other alternatives so you don't end up experiencing what we did.
