First off I'm disable, you get a lawyer to handle the issue for you. Not this law firm, they do nothing for you except stress you. I becamed injured and depressed after my fall. They basically gave me no doctors. I had to find my own. They wouldn't give me no therapy. I'm trying to find all these doctors they won't me to see while being visually impaired. I would send so many text to Valerie Carlin, she would then ask for the same messages over and over. It became so depressing and overwhelming that I became sicker than I was. I then had phone issues and became homeless. I spoke with Valarie and my sister and nothing happened. The presuit attorney never had any clue what was going on. I lost my insurance and they couldn't tell me nothing to do next. My legs have been to the point i can bare even walk now I've been dropped from them with trying to call to make sure I was ok or even calling the number that I updated them with. They favor the people they feel brings in more money. They have no care for their clients that they feel aren't worth, instead of just telling us that in the beginning. Entering the year 2025, I was involved on New Years Day in a car accident. A 23-year-old young lady ran the red light in her Mercedes benz. Hubby and I were on Commercial ramp exit where you can only go left. In Oakland Park Blvd, Florida. We had the green light when vehicle # 2 came out of nowhere. She must have been doing above 70 or 80 speed limits in a 40 zone, based on the destruction of our mini coop vehicle. She destroyed our axel on our mini coop and caused the car to pivot and managed to hit the back right side of the vehicle where my gas tank is. Had she hit the passenger side where I was sitting, she would have killed me instantly. I had my seatbelt on, hubby was driving at the wheel, and we had the green light. After the violent impact, I was unable to breathe, I was rushed to Hospital with 2 fractured ribs and a torn tendon on the right shoulder with a torn bone that chipped. Followed by right sideburns from the deployed airbags that burned my right side of my body. This 23-year-old young lady with her Mercedes benz, hit my mini in two spots. Had she hit the passenger door I would have been dead. After counting my blessings for seeing another day and being alive to tell my story a few days later I needed legal advice. I had a bad experience with Blakley and Blakley 3 years ago where they dropped my case and never took the time to call me or let me know that they were not making any money on my case, and they decided to close my case without no notification. I contacted Morgan & Morgan last year after a car accident where I resulted the victim with injuries.(January 2023) the way they handle my case was not what I expected from "THE LARGEST LAWYER FIRM IN THE USA" Their communication was deplorable. it was like I was asking for a favor to get an answer. each time I tried to contact my case Manager , Jeovannie. . it took forever. I lost wages and time seeing doctors for more than a year ( 1 year and 10 months) that , in my opinion , could have been less time if done correctly since the beginning. . at the end I did not even recover what I lost (monetarily speaking) and had to lived the frustration of knowing that who I chose to look after me was not the right person . very sad experience. Absolutely the best attorney to hire for worker's compensation is Ms. Lauren Smith. I had a horrible experience with a different and much smaller law firm in Fort Lauderdale. That attorney never advised me on anything. It wasn't until I fired that firm and hired Morgan and Morgan, I realized hiring a smaller law firm was a bad idea. This attorney literally took half of the attorney fee for work not performed . Mr. Wells never did anything . I felt the work Ms. Smith did in a month couldn't compare with what Mr. Wells did in eight. She literally fulfilled every request even when the insurance company was giving her a difficult time. And, deserves every penny that was owed for the service she provided. He should be ashamed of himself for even receiving half. I should have never went to that law firm . And, that experience left me fearful of even hiring a new attorney prior to contacting Morgan and Morgan. She did an amazing job, even though I still have pain I decided to settle cause the whole experience, just stressed me out physically and mentally. I'm grateful for this firm. I needed a consultation for an employment issue and every time I called or every time they called me I was left on hold forever and never got to speak with anyone except the call center. They boast that they have 1000's of support staff and over 500 attorneys yet it's simply impossible to speak with anyone. You can't even leave a message for an attorney to call you. Only the call center will call you then leave you on hold. They tell you it's only 1 or 2 minutes but it is at least 20 every time. If this is the first impression of the service you will receive from them then don't continue! read more

I called this firm first because of the heart felt advertising from the Senior Partners. I could not have felt less important. I called regarding a slip and fall where I sustained a serious injury. That was Jan 2019 and I am still recovering. When I called I spoke with a screener not once but 2 or 3 times. They asked for a significant amount of info. Then after a few days I received a call from one of the lawyers, who left a message to call him back. When I did I got another screener who looked up my case and told me they were not interested in taking the case but suggested I call someone else and would I like a list of other legal firms. I asked if he could tell me why they declined the case and was told he didn't know.
