He did not acknowledge, address or resolve ANY of my concerns with the settlement agreement presented by the opposing party, which ended up costing my family a lot of money. In addition, he charged a great deal for his "services" which basically amounted to a couple of emails and was completely condescending about my concerns along the way. Costly hire for my family; I could have done a better job representing myself.

I was in a lot of debt due to a car accident and being in between jobs, and the only way out was chapter 7. Max was kind, compassionate and has the patience of a lamb.
