I had made a cash payment and receipt wasn't given.. my fault for not demanding one..so then Finally realizing there were cameras I asked for cameras to be reviewed! I got a call day later saying that yes the had footage of me making the payment. So after stopping everything I had to do to run back and forth to the office/ w a lock pad on my unit and no access to even go in, I'm just told they would wave the late fee. what fee ?
