We received great service from this company. All we needed was a slab of granite or quartz to be our shower curb topper. The challenge is that we needed it within a couple days, so we could install it and new shower doors before we had to leave town and the shower needed to be in service. Ben took our request by phone, and with only phone coordination we selected a material and provided dimensions. The piece was cut to size, polished, and delivered to us the following afternoon, just as promised. Ben understood our predicament and attended to it diligently. He initally suggested we also call other shops in case he couldn't find us a match in his inventory. I went to the place of business and the light was on but no one was there so I contacted him via messenger. He suggested that we set up an appointment. I agreed to his suggested date and time, and provided my address, which he acknowledged. About an hour before our meeting I sent another message to confirm our appointment. My husband and I were renovating a home in Donna, TX. We plan for this to be the home we will retire in. We had a very negative experience with a previous contractor named Carlos. Thankfully Benjamin who is the owner of Discount Granite Fabricators LLC came in and saved the day! He and his crew were initially contracted to install the countertops in our kitchen, both bathrooms and garden tub surround. He ended up doing the installation in addition to correcting almost all of the errors from the previous contractor, which was completing the installation of the laminate floors, texture, paint, plumbing, electrical etc. They did the work in a timely manner and at a very reasonable rate. The communication was professional and consistent. We are eternally grateful that our new forever home has everything now completed properly. It is truly a place we can enjoy and be proud of.
