BUT, the door open buttons and lock the doors, and the hatchback and panic buttons did not work. After a hour of trying he could not get it to work. He said come back on Monday. I came back on Monday and a different man was there. He worked on it also for about a hour. Then he said already to go and handed me the key. I went out and pushed the unlock the door button. Yep, the doors unlocked and locked. I then went to try the hatchback and there wasn't any button to push. My 4-button key was now a 3-button key. Tried the panic button and it didn't work at all. Now I have a key that does not work right. $173.00 for a half working key. Not happy.

He charged less than 1/2 the other place quoted, arrived in about 20 minutes (other guy was called first and not even on way in 20 minutes), AND he made us 3 new house keys in his van right in front of our house after he got us access.

The guy came to my house with credit card, and when he found out the deadbolt was locked, he called a backup, and the solution was to drill my deadbolt lock for an additional $180. $30 alone just for showing up, whether they could get anything done or not. If drilling out the lock was the only solution they knew, I could get a tool from Home Depot or Lowe's for a lot less. Totally amateurs.
