I'd leave more than 5 stars if I could! We were traveling into town and a nail popped our tire. I called Discount Tire and Brake and they told us to bring it in and they could help right away. They helped us as soon as we arrived and with great customer service. They were efficient, and while we wait we got to chat with the team who were friendly and fun to chat with. The owner's wife (I wish I would have got her name) was incredibly nice and funny! If we lived closer, they would definitely be our go-to tire shop. An angel in disguise. Had a large object ruin a fairly new tire about a quarter mile from this place. I was able to hobble the Honda over and these guys fixed us up quickly, friendly, and cost effectively. Visit them when you need a tire. read more

Stay away. Charged me for a flat they did not fix. Took tire back and had to show them how to find the leak. Repairman put the tube in backwards, so take it back again to get it installed properly. Ruined another tube and didn't say anything about it. Did front end alignment and didn't tighten bolts properly. Tire started moving in and out. Front end job for nothing. Very unqualified people work there. read more

It was a couple minutes before Discount Tire and Brake closed for the day. I called to ask if they would wait for us. We had a flat, put on the temporary spare and was 20 minutes away. They said they would be glad to wait on us. They took wonderful care of us and our Chevy van. So we are on the road again. Thank you Discount Tire. read more

We're frequently not even charged for simple questions that they had to answer for us - recently, we took the truck in and the problem was a bolt that had gotten loose after a home repair to the brake system.
