We had an alignment done at another location 2 months ago after buying tires. The alignment was guaranteed for 6 months but the vehicle is now out of alignment again. We stopped by this location to get the alignment adjusted which they would check for free but if it needed adjustment we had to pay again. When I asked about the 6 month warranty they stated I would have to go back to that specific location. So if you are traveling and having tire or alignment issues, don't bother with Discount Tire since they don't stand behind their work within the corporation. read more

Went in this morning about 10am to have my tire pressure checked. After waiting quite a while with no acknowledgement from staff I decided to leave. Normally I would have gone to the office for assistance, but very recently I fell of a tower at work, and at 70yo it did not end well. I'm in braces and wraps and it's a chore to get out. As I was leaving a heavy set staff member was scanning a tire, I asvised him what happened and that I had put the Discount Tire insurance on the vehicle right after I bought it. The insurance requires you keep proper pressure in the tires or the will not honor it. I told him all this and said I would have to go somewhere else to get them checked. His response was a hearty "Yeah OK ". I was less them impressed with his customer service skills. Any company can offer a free service especially if they don't plan on actually doing it. And yet they require you use this service to keep the pricey warranty they sell you in compliance. I would like to add that I normally go to the Discount Tire on Olympia in Tulsa since it is near where I work, and receive great service there read more

Ordered my tires online from their website and scheduled an install time. Showed up and everything was going great until they didn't clean my rims off after coating them in this gunk kind of stuff. I've later found it was tire lube and after it dries needs quit a bit of elbow grease to clean off. Whilst cleaning this off I found multiple, scuffs, scratches and a couple gouges. All four rims had some combination of blemish. I returned to the store and filed a claim. After two weeks dealing with a third party claim company they've decided not to cover the rims they're responsible for messing up. Some advise, you can ask them to take pictures of your rims before they take the vehicle into the shop. I had no idea this was an option. Had I known I'm sure they'd be buying my truck 4 new rims. read more

I went by there bought me some tires and I thought they were a good price which they were but one they could not get off locking lug nuts off which ok no key so I had to take it some where else then got those off then took it back to get my tires on and they broke a lug nut off and said it was over torqued so again I took my tires and had to go some where else AGAIN to get mounted and balanced Here is where they really got to me when I went in there first to buy the tires and get put on they said oh you bought the cheap tires and then they said your just the driver though right cause this was a 12 passenger van so I said yes I guess I am cause I own it what a way to treat a veteran was not impressed with anything they did I won't be back so good luck read more

So after 38 years I finally got to be the Customer, From my initial call into Travis all the way through the install this Team was on point. Travis got my information right away, and he went to work and got the Nitto Terra Grappler tires in, When the tires came in the next day he called me to set up the Saturday install appointment. Everything was ready to go 2 days before I could be there. So I set the appointment. I had a great experience getting two of my tires replaced at this Discount Tire. The other two tires had been purchased and replaced by another shop in town, but I thought the price was kind of high so I decided to try Discount Tire for the remaining two. I wanted them to match the two new ones I already had, so the associate came out and looked at them to make sure he ordered the same ones. He pulled up the tire in their system and it was $150 each, about what I had paid at the other shop. THEN, he shocked me by doing a Google search to see what other retailers were offering price-wise on the tire. He found them from Walmart for $115, so he price-matched them and saved me a bunch of money! That was so amazing to me, that he really cared about getting me the best deal and went to the trouble of looking without me even asking him to. He ordered the tires, I got the phone call the next day saying they were in, and I went and spent about an hour at the shop while they replaced them. VERY happy with the service here! read more
