Quick tire repair. It was 15 minutes before they close and I was on my way home from work, driving by their location, five minutes away. Jeremy answered the phone and wouldn't even discuss looking to try to fix my slow leak in my tire on the way home. He wanted to keep my car overnight. When I refused, he wanted to schedule me for tomorrow morning! I refused that. I can find better service elsewhere tomorrow morning. What Jeremy does not know is he just cost Hibdon a future four wheel brake job on a BMW because my last auto shop gave poor service and I was looking for a new one. Just because he was afraid they might stay until 5:05 fixing my tire. VERY poor customer service care and I work in the service industry. I KNOW what his boss would have expected. read more

It is to expensive, They wanted to pay 650 for a oil pan change, And also one of the workers in there was kinda rude with me for no reason.

They were soo great to my family and gave us some great deals on tire. It was a last minute thing and the tires for my car are always out of stock however they had them available and went above and beyond for us. I think Doug was managing at the time on 5/11 and his employees were great I picked up my car a few hours later as they fit me in on that Saturday. Highly recommended read more

Jeremy S. is a liar and has the worst costumer service I have ever gotten. I got a set of new tires on my '16 Chevy Tahoe and my '17 Dodge Ram today. I was told a certain time to come back and pick up the Tahoe and switch them out. I ended up waiting almost an hour. Then I dropped off my Ram and was told it would be ready at 3:30 or 4:00. It was done at 4:30pm. No big deal. I went in to pay for it and had to wait 20 minutes before Jeremy would acknowledge that I was there. He quoted me a certain price for both vehicles and the Tahoe was right but the Ram was more expensive than what the quote was for. It was a difference of around 7 or 8 bucks. I spent well over 2 thousand dollars on tires today and he wanted to argue over a few dollars and said "Well, I can just take your truck back in there and put the old tires back on it." I have never been disrespected like that in my life. I will never do business with Hibdon again and I will tell all my friends and family to stop doing business there also. We went to the Owasso store to buy tires and bought the most expensive tires they had it's been approximately $1,300 or $1,400 on a set of Bridgestone Tires the mechanics that put the lugs back on took the impact and broke three studs and they passed that off that that was our fault and they wanted us to pay for that during the alignment they stripped out the bolts on the back of the struts and claimed that they were seized and we would have to pay $280 more for replacement of those studs if I was you I would take my car anywhere including a junkyard to get tires before I would ever buy anything from that Owasso store and we have they are only out after your money as for the store rating I would give them a negative 20 but they don't allow you to give them a backwards rating they are a scam this store is horrible do yourself a favor and don't shop there the weights that they put on the tires fell off within the first month and it's been nothing but chaos since so take my advice go somewhere else do yourself a favor and live life a little bit easier without the aggravation of that poor store read more

I swear a pack of drunken monkeys could do better. Dropped The Wife's ride off this morning for a new pair of front tires, after calling ahead yesterday and making the appointment. We arrived at the predestined time of 1000 (that's 10am for some of you), and dropped off Stella (The Wife names all her cars). It's worth mentioning here that several months back she'd had the two rear tires done at Hibdon's and it wasn't a pleasant experience. There were some questionable charges and some high pressure sales tactics that The Wife didn't appreciate. Plus, within a couple of weeks, one of the wheel weights on the new tires fell off. That almost pushed away for good.So, there's that as a preface. We then boogied over to our local favorite, The Golden Biscuit, for some mid-morning repast, knowing we had at least the promised hour to kill while waiting. So, cut to 2 hours later, The Wife calls Hibdon's and talks to someone who apparently thought they knew a lot more than they did. We were told they were just taking the truck off the lift and were wrapping up. We arrived, and I dropped off The Wife to conclude her business whilst myself and The Kid headed for home, to eagerly await her arrival so we could go about the rest of our business for the day. Just got home when the phone rings and lo and behold... it's The Wife. And she ain't happy. Come to find out, she had also asked for the rear tires to be rebalanced, due to the aforementioned wheel weight, along with the new tires. Seemed innocent enough to me. Apparently not so. After two hours, they were just taking the truck down off the lift from balancing the rear tires. As The Wife was walking up to the counter, she saw her truck going back on the lift. As anyone would be.... she was curious as to why, since we were JUST TOLD IT WAS READY. When she asked the counter girl, she got a very vague and evasive answer, to which she pushed harder, only to be told they FORGOT TO PUT THE TIRES ON. Forgot.The.Tires. You had one freakin job. Okay, two... but sill. So we're sitting at home, waiting for The Wife to get here, and I thought I'd go ahead and vent, while it's still hot and steaming. I don't usually do that, since I like to wait awhile and process things, but not this time. We've been Hibdon's customers for over 20 years, but I'm done. Hibdon is running a scam. I took a brand new tire to them that was losing pressure. They told me it was not repairable and I needed a new one. I bought the new one and had it installed. When I went to pay for it I asked them to put the damaged tire in the bed of my truck. As soon as I asked that, the guy at the counter decided to get honest with me and told me that the tire could be repaired but they just weren't able to do it there. Isn't that what they do? Tires? It was just a scam to get me to buy a new tire. Don't go to this place. They are not honest. read more

The employees are efficient, courteous, and honest - no unnecessary work or recommendations. I recommend using the online scheduling and doing that in advance. Had small leak in a tire that was under warranty and was told it couldn't be patched because the leak was in a sidewall. Was forced to purchase a whole new tire. 6 months later I had a similar issue and went in to get a leak fixed and was told the exact same thing and was forced to buy another new tire. I've heard this Hibdon scam is common. Get a second opinion folks. Hibdon doesn't care about you. read more

So I had issues with having lost a locking lug nut key. Contacted several other tire shops to be turns away. Spoke with Dennis and he said no problem. We can get that taken care of. During the course of dealing wirh other shops in the local area for what was to believed to be an alignment issues I found out I had a tire separating. Causing the vehichal to push to one side. Dennis provided excellent service in getting the proper tire from one of thier other shops and setting an appointment for my service. Dennis however was off duty at the time of my appointment. I had the experience dealing with Jeremiah. Truck was put into the shop tires put on and all issues taken care of nearly an hour quicker than quoted. From the first phone call to out the door service was provided with the above and beyond service. And on top of it once they realized I was a veteran was given a discount of 10 percent. The service and quality and exceptional quality and look of the new tires were near 300 bucks cheaper than other shops in the area. Highly recommend the service of this locarion. read more

Scheduled an appointment for 1:30 to take my truck in to dismountthe tires I have and remount the new ones. I get a call about my tpms I let them know no I just need them swapped and verified the amount. ok no big deal about 30 minutes later I got a call they were finished. Ok so I finished what I was doing went to get my vehicle and let me tell you this red head was furious. Not only was nothing done because you can plainly see the other set still in the bed of my truck but expected me to leave my truck overnight to do the next day. And when I asked so not going to fix it the same night and Jeremy said no he will not because no one stays late. I'm sorry but if it's the locations fault than fix it right then, then proceeded to say $117 umm no for what pulling my truck in and then Out? Nope I have already contacted corporate and will NEVER be back there. Did not even offer a discount if I was to have it there first thing in the mornin. I work for a wrecker company and they his is by far the stupidest and crappiest servic. read more

when I took my car in to Hibdon I was scared of what might be wrong, I had a lot of anxiety as a single mother with an Autistic son racking my brain trying to figure out how I would be able to come up with what it might cost. Jeremy greeted me with a smile and asked me how he could help me, he sensed my worries and immediately assured me that they would take care of me but I was still scared. After the diagnostics were completed Jeremy explained to me what needed to be done and I knew that I had to make a decision, it was either fix my car or give my kids a Christmas, it was a big fear, I have had many spine surgeries and I didn't know what to do. I was going to put it off and leave but Jeremy took the time to talk to me about how I could fix the most important challenges first and do the other things as I had the extra funds. I was going to leave but Jeremy took the time to help me get a Hibdon Credit Card that would cover the cost and zero interest if paid in 6 months, he actually helped me with the process and stayed on the phone with the bank to make my experience as painless as possible. I took my car in the next day to have it repaired. There were several things that needed to be fixed. I thought my experience would stink but I have to tell you as a woman that I was treated not only professionally, I was treated like family. Jeremy went above and beyond to make sure that only the challenges that needed attention immediately were done but I wanted to get the majority of it done as not worry. This is the absolute best place to go. I trust them and my bill was a lot less than I imagined it would be! Hibdon made it possible to give my children Christmas Thank you Jeremy, you rock! No sure why every time you look there on break ? Waited for several hours to get a nail removed from tire to be told it would be a couple more. I will never go here again. I brought my car in for the free brake inspection and they told me my calipers were seized and rotars needed to be replaced and all my brake cables and hoses needed to be replaced and gave me an estimate for almost $1400. My car is only 3 years old and my husband knew it wasn't that bad so I took it for a second opinion and they told me they just had to replace the back break pads and that the calipers weren't seized at all and that they only had to turn the rotars so that job cost me almost $400 parts and labor. I always trust these places and have never gone for a second opinion but I will never go to a Hibdon again and I will always get a second opinion on work needing to be done so I don't get taken advantage of. If I could give less than 1 star I would. read more

My mom and I were making a cross country odyssey from Albuquerque to Amherst MA and my good old '97 Tacoma began making irritating clunking noises. By Oklahoma they were intolerable and we had to take the truck to a quick mechanic's diagnosis. The service manager John was quite accommodating and got straight to work diagnosing the truck's check engine light and was thorough in his art. Serviceman Dylan was equally helpful taking my mom out on the highway to determine the cause of the clunking. Turns out it was nothing but a worn speedometer cable not a serious issue. We walked into Hibdon tire nervous wrecks and we walked out relieved and ready to continue our journey. We was as at the mechanic's mercy and when they could have easily bamboozled us they instead helped us to the fullest of their capabilities Hibdon Tire of Owasso Oklahoma, you sir were a god send. read more

Just horrible. Dropped my car off to have a flat repaired. Not only did they run a socket up a spoke of my white factory painted wheel, they also half ripped the driver side skirt off. Through all that they couldn't even repair the tire, even though they claimed to have done so. On a previous trip there they also refused to change the oil in my car because it has a turbo. The people at the front desk seemed nice enough, hence the one star, but the techs seem uneducated. read more

They move quickly to finish and do a great job. Cars are expensive to maintain. Of course it's cheaper to do it yourself but you can't beat having an expert do the job in stead. They are very good at explaining the problems and seem to operate with the safety of everyone on the road around you in mind - you'll want that approach to the problem! Surprised by the negative reviews. Out of town traveler here. Got a flat tire late Saturday afternoon. This location is the only tire shop in Tulsa open on Sunday. I was nervous because I had to get to Oklahoma City for work on Monday. Turned out there were multiple nails in the tire so it couldn't be safely repaired. And since I have a Subaru AWD Forester you can't just replace one tire if tread wear is down to a certain point. Adam the Service Manager explained my options, called around for tire availability, and quoted a great price for four new tires. So I rolled out with new tires which I needed anyway in less than 2 hours. Thanks to Adam and Brittany for helping me out. read more

Such a blessing! They saved my day by fixing a flat in less than 30 minutes so I could get to the doctor on time. And it was free!!!

I'll start with this: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Had been a prior customer and had no issues with this location... until now. Called in the night before to schedule a 9 o'clock appointment for a routine tire rotation/balance, and requested they check out the brakes as they felt like they needed to be replaced. Dropped the car off at 9, got a call back at 11:45 stating that the tires were rotated and balanced, but brakes needed replacement... No big deal there, so I ok'd that. At 2:30 I got the call that my car was ready to pick up. Then the problems start... As I was leaving the parking lot my brake pedal felt extremely spongy and almost had to push it to the floorboard to stop my car. Returning to Hibdon, I asked if they had bled the brake lines since pumping the brakes was not adding pressure to the brakes themselves. They couldn't provide a concrete answer, so my car was back on the stand and I waited for 45 minutes as they bled the brake lines. Wondering what was taking so long, I checked on my car and Jeremiah the Service Manager informed me that as they decompressed the brake calipers the Master Cylinder had failed (a HUGE problem by the way) something he informed me was a "1 out of 10 thing"- Nope, that would be more like a 1 out of a 1,000 "thing". After telling me this he started quoting prices on a new and remanufactured Master Cylinder with only half off on the prices and labor cost for inconvenience. THIS IS WRONG. I told him to print the prices off for my consideration and conversed with a close friend on the situation, and agreed that this was unacceptable. Returning for the third time in a day (4:45 for time reference) I found the service manager and told him I wasn't going to be strong-armed like that- If you bring something to a service business and they break it they should not expect you to pay to cover their err. After going back and forth and getting the Area Supervisor involved, I was able to get my Master Cylinder replaced at no cost and would have my car worked on the next business day in the morning. The next day (a Saturday) I waited and waited for a call back, and at 3 o'clock took it upon myself to check in on my car. They then informed me that they had done the work with the Master Cylinder, but the brakes pedal was still spongy and they couldn't check the ABS lines since their service computer could not connect to my car... Whatever. I then picked up my car and at Hibdon was informed that if I take it somewhere that can fix their mistake they would reimburse me for the service. On Monday I explained my grievances to Tate Boys (highly recommend them) and within the day they worked on my car, they fixed it informing me that the brake calipers were improperly reinstalled... After this I did get reimbursed by Hibdon, but you lost a customer and more importantly, HOW CAN YOU HAVE TECHNICIANS WORKING ON VEHICLES THAT CANNOT PROPERLY REINSTALL BRAKES??? This is a sure fire way to get people injured or worse... I do commend the Area Supervisor for properly handling the situation, but the Owasso Location is a no-go and needs qualified technicians. read more

I have used Hibdon's in Tulsa at 41 St location several times and have never had any problem. But after going to this location and having 4 new tires put on, my ABS light came on before I left their parking lot. They checked the computer readout and said they didn't find anything and weren't responsible. It really left a bad taste in my mouth. Too coincidental. read more

I took my car in the get a tire patched and put back on since I was driving on my spare. Was there right at 9 o'clock on Sunday when they opened, 2 people still in front me. So i dropped it off they informed me it would be around a hour to two. I called up there at 10:30 no answer. I had to be at work by 11:30 by the way. I had my girlfriend take me back up there where they then told me it had been sitting there and no one called me to tell me I had a run flat and it would have to be replaced. Cheapest tire was $176 and I said let me see the tire, I knew it had a nail in it and I hardly drove it. Then the guy comes back and says to the guy who checked it out it's not a run flat. This was also the guy who was supposed to call me which he didn't and let me know it was supposedly run flat, his name is Adam S, he didn't know a thing just trying to charge me money for a free service. So they patched it and put it on, test drove it to get the TPMS light to go off even though you can reset it with a button.. The guy checking me out when I asked why I didn't get a call he said Adam tried and I said hmm I didn't get any calls, he then said calls get dropped all the time lol what a joke. Don't go here, Tate boys is so much better. They were the only place open Sunday though. read more

STAY AWAY! My girlfriend takes her Nissan there to have the tires rotated (Goodyear Eagles-she's a regular customer) so they tell her they can't rotate them because they are worn down too much. Then, they try to sell her a new set of Firestone tires for $580 since her tires are "worn out". She declines and takes the car home. I check her tires, and the wear indicator bar built into the tries is nowhere near indicating the tires are worn out, she probably has 10,000 miles left easy. THEY WERE TRYING TO TRICK A WOMAN INTO BUYING A NEW SET OF TIRES THAT SHE DIDN'T NEED. Oh BTW, the Goodyear Eagle tires are way better tires than the cheap Firestones they wanted to sell her.
