The value was great for the work they did and took care of the alignment with accuracy and safety. Will be back in 5000 miles for my next alignment. The tire light flashed on and I knew I needed to get off highway. It was after 7pm and most tire places have closed for the day. I pulled into a place with automotive care and they had closed at seven. The worker tried adding air but he said it was leaking pretty bad. He pointed me in direction of tire shop down the road. I got about a hundred yards away and knew I was not going to make it. I did a search and this company popped up. I called and I was told up front the cost that it was going to be. It was not cheap. Here is the deal. The company is offering a service 24/7 and it is a mobile service. I was not expecting the cost to be cheap. I had to put a deposit down. The only thing that would have been nice to know was the automatic tipping feature. You don't found out about it until after payment is made. The service said it would be 1 1/2 to 2 hour wait time. I was in a scary spot. It wasn't the nicest part of town. I can tell you that when the driver pulled up I was grateful to see the flashing lights He was easy going and said he get my car on the road again. Five minutes after he pulled up the business I was stranded at closed. Their lights shut off. Driver pulled out a flashlight and kept working on tire. It didn't take him long. I paid remaining balance. I felt like this company was upfront with me. They told me cost and they said they put on used tires. No warranties was said up front. If I had called a tow truck, it would not have been cheap. Best tire ever? No, it wasn't meant to be. It is like putting your spare tire on car so you can get it to shop for new tire or a repair job. Luckily I have been fortunate with no issues but we had a diagnosis for a large job on another vehicle that I wanted a second opinion on because I had a gut feeling. Lo and behold. Seymour's found the root of the cause and fix that which ended up saving me a ton of money. I will forever be grateful to them and will always lean on them when I am in need for vehicle help. The employee who helped me inside was efficient but not particularly friendly, while the lead next to him was excellent with his customer. The pricing and service earned the 4 stars, but I think the outside technicians could benefit from a little more customer service training. A simple greeting goes a long way.

I lost all air instantly and it forced me off the road. This created a very dangerous situation that could have easily caused an accident. I'm extremely disappointed. A valve stem failure this soon after installation feels like a basic quality control issue that should never happen. I trusted Discount Tire with my safety, and this experience fell far short of what I expected. I hope the store reviews their installation procedures and valve stem practices so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

I even told them I'd get back in touch if needed, since other drivers and mechanics also check around for the best prices. Unfortunately, things took a bad turn. Homer called and basically said he didn't want to do business with us, closing the conversation with profanity in Spanish. That was unprofessional and disappointing. I truly wish them success, but their customer service needs a serious change. I'm a reasonable, good hearted person business is business, not personal insults. If Homer were to simply call and say, "My bad," I'd gladly let it go. But as it stands, I may need to take my business elsewhere.
