We called and Dwight and he came right away and gave us a great estimate. The tree we needed removed had a 43 inch base and 40-50 feet tall. He arrived the next day and worked diligently cutting the tree down and removing the branches etc... he worked so hard we asked him for a quote for another tree that was in a very difficult place, he removed that tree and all the brush that comes with tree cutting. Dwight came and gave a reasonable estimate to take 3 trees down. Said he would be here on Wednesday. On Wednesday, he called and said he would be here late as they had not finished a job from the day before. They never showed up. I called him at 4:30 and he said it was too late to start. Said they would be here Friday. I trusted that he was a man of his word. WRONG! They never showed up. Still I trusted him and his word, so I called him and he said he would be here Wednesday, today. Well, at 10:00 am, we called him to see what time they would be here. When we asked him, he said "What were we going to do?" And "Where are you?"...... We cancelled on the spot! A totally unreliable company. I originally contacted Dwight (company owner) to get an estimate on a large tree removal. He stated that he would be over in 2-3 days to give me an estimate on the job. After one week of not showing up, I contacted him over the phone again to see if he was still planning on coming over to give me the estimate. Dwight stated that he would be over that SAME evening to furnish the quote. Needless to say, he never showed up. I will no longer be requesting any future service from this company. read more
