I live in Pasco, WA. I highly recommend Rob and his crew. I've been going to them for a least 10 years and have never been disappointed. Friendly, helpful, and there are no dumb questions left unanswered(and sometimes I have plenty of those) . I'm a quilter and love machine embroidery. All the BabyLock machines and Brother 10 needle machine (which I love) have been purchased there. They answer any questions I have. I have them serviced without any problems. Purchase Date: 03/30/2018 My 18-year old Brother PC-6500 Sewing and Embroidery Machine that I bought on 01/21/2001 was no longer reparable! So, I did my research and decided to buy another brand: Baby Lock. Hubby and I entered the store and was greeted by a friendly Sales Associate: Carol. I explained our budget and what I was looking for: a sewing machine that was a "work-horse", could sew thick denim, quilt, and machine embroider. Well, unfortunately, I could not afford to purchase the $2500.00 machine that could. However, Carol, working with our budget, suggested purchasing a Sewing/Quilting machine right now and I could within 6 months to 1 year trade-up to the $2500 Sewing/Quilting/Embroidery Machine! So, after seeing sewing demonstrations on 2 different machines I decided to purchase the Baby Lock Presto II Sewing/Quilting Machine. I used my old machine as a trade-in (received a brand new large sewing machine storage case on wheels worth $175.00), a magnetic pin cushion with pins, $300 off the $1299.99 floor model. Carol, let me know the correct bobbins that I needed for this new machine (different size than Brother), what thread to use, correct pre-wound bobbins, and offered to give me a free class on how to use the new machine. Had a great experience bringing my Dyson vacuum to be looked at. The repair was fast, the gentleman doing the repair (Shawn, I believe) was very friendly and it didn't cost much to have it looked at. He walked me through how I can do some of the quick fixes at home so that I don't have to bring it to them when I'm having problems. I'll need a replacement part in a few months, and I'll definitely be coming here to get what I need. read more

Recently bought a Crown Jewel quilting machine and have gotten excellent service. Ginny and Darren came and set it up for me ( several hours). They gave me the basics that day and then Ginny came back a few days later and spent several hours showing me how to run my new machine. I know that if I have any questions Ginny is just a call away. We have a central vacuum which needed repair. I called several other local vacuum repair shops (like Aerus,) who were not helpful at all and didn't return my messages. I found Discount Vac and Sew on Yelp. Seth did the repair at an incredibly reasonable cost. He was also friendly and fast. Where do I start...brought my vacumm in to have the cord replaced. Called Dyson and had a job number sent and everything so it was covered under my warranty. I walk in and the ladies who work the counter couldn't be nicer, but the man who actually does the repairs might be one of the rudest people I've ever met. He took a 3 second look and sad it would be fixed in 20 mins. When my vacumm was returned to me a obviously already used plug was attached. Instead of using my job number from Dyson they charged me for their service and the apparently used product, and it was clear that they just didn't want to call and deal with dyson and that they never even looked up my job number. When I asked if my machine was still under Warrenty the rude man who fixes the machine yells from across the store "that wasn't covered under warrenty! Her dog chewed it off!" Well sir, dyson told me it was covered under my Warrenty...but I'll pay you're $12 fee and I will never be returning to your store because of the way you treat your customers. I feel bad for the nice ladies that have to work for you. read more
