I assumed they were waiting on their pick-up orders. Who of them were served and the gentleman in the corner stood confused at the process just like the rest of us due to the lack or order. One of the store attendants came over to me and asked for my barcode. I gave it and continued waiting. Several other attendants came out and one looked at the gentleman in the corner and said "You've been here to long. You need to get to the back of the line." Then walked over to another customer and said can I have your barcode. It was truly shocking. If the gentleman has been waiting a long time, wouldnt proper customer service be to assist him first or find out why he is waiting so long. I am utterly disgusted by the rudeness and lack of professionalism When he saw his co-worker come out with the gentlemans items, he scoffs at him and says "oh you actually had something". Target is this really the customwr service people should expect in your stores.

Communication was good, and while we were able to call for updates, it would be even better if progress reports were shared every few weeks, especially when you have a deadline like Thanksgiving. Overall, we're very pleased with the craftsmanship, value, and service, and we'd gladly recommend Rustic Loft to anyone looking for quality furniture.

Upon deciding on something to buy, the employee took time to carefully wrap the purchase in a gift bag, even removing the price sticker since I mentioned it was a gift. Horrendous customer service and a very poor mattress quality. Plus, the saleswoman made me signed many different digital documents from which she did not want give me a copy of it. When I reported that I was unsatisfied with the hard mattress they informed me that I had to Waite 31 days, before I could get a softer mattress. I treated the manager with a dispute with my Visa card, and finally they replaced with another one that Has a hard quality also, even though it is supposed to be a "Eastern and Foster State Soft mattress". To summarize, this store is not responsible and do not give you a good costumer service when they have already charged your credit card. Be aware that they charge you for a premium protection plan that is simply a cover for the mattress; but they do not want to give you a good quality mattress that I have requested and paid for it. The second mattress is hard as stone and hurt my back bones. I do not recommend this horrendous store to any one, there are other stores around the same mall that you can check before making a purchase With this problematic store.

Going in and finding exactly what I wanted made the shopping spree more than wonderful. The store was clean and the product in the section I was in, needed a lot of attention, however I did manage to find something at an awesome price. After picking out my treasured piece, I looked around the store for a few minutes more and then I headed over to the cashier where the service I received got better and better and better. SERVICE* So in reality, the service was GOOD because I found the container store. That's having a store available in the town I was visiting. The service got BETTER because they had what I needed, at a reasonable price and it's availability. The service was at its BEST when I checked out and paid less at check out and, not only that, I'm excited now.... The cashier left me dumbfounded when she put a Bed, Bath, & Beyond (BB&B) coupon in my bag. I was literally like, what's this. What's happening, what's going on.
