I'd seen two different chiropractors in the past and gotten some short term relief, but it didn't fix the problem. So the truth is that I didn't expect much from this new guy either, but I figured it couldn't hurt to try. (I had gotten a free massage so I felt like I had to do a follow-up with him.) Within two visits, Dr. Matt had the cause of my pain figured out and gave me some exercises to do to take some of the workload off of my lower back. After the second week, I was cautiously optimistic that my back was feeling better. After about four weeks, I knew for certain that it was actually working. It's been about two months now, and my back pain is drastically lower. Most days it's non-existent, and that is because Dr. Matt took the time to figure out what was causing my back pain and teach me what I needed to do to alleviate it. At different times, old injuries pop up to haunt me. I have had back pain, neck pain, rib stabbing me, shoulders out of joint, hips out of joint, knee issues and foot pain. Not all at once! This time, it was mainly numbness and tingling in my fingers and wrist, plus knee and foot issues. Research told me that the practitioner I needed had to know a procedure called ART. (Advanced Release Technique.) I didn't even know a chiropractor would do this. But through searching for someone who does ART, I found Dr. Brian. He's REALLY good at this technique, plus gives excellent adjustments. Some chiropractors have struggled to adjust me, saying I have tight muscles but loose ligaments (or vice versa) but Dr. Brian has no problem adjusting me. The treatment plan Dr. Brian created accelerated my healing by combining his many areas of expertise. His sincere intention to restore my well-being was also key. It has been several months now and I'm back on track. I can do everything I did before plus I'm doing it with better form due to everything I have learned from Dr. Brian. A second situation with which Dr. Brian helped me presented itself as a pain in my shoulder but the assessment indicated the root cause was a nerve in my neck. I've seen many chiropractors in the decades since the injury, and Dr. Allie towers above all of them. His ability to understand and treat the musculoskeletal system is stunning. Whether it is care for an old injury that results in the spine tending to move into the old injury pattern or the care of problems which come up, Dr. Allie has the knowledge and ability to treat the issue.
