You make a reservation you set it up the night before you tell them its a Drs Appt So you give them time for error as you want to make sure you are there on time as its a 10 to 13 Min Drive at MOST BTW: AS PER MAPQUEST From my Address to 1050 SE Monterey Rd in Stuart, FL, is a short distance, roughly 1-2 miles, a quick 5-10 minute drive. I thought I was getting the 4 star and it turns out I got the 2.9 Star which turned out to be a zero. Went through the whole process, then the person literally refused to hand me the already established document without paying another $40 to join aaa on top of the $20 fee. According to US Department of State the membership is not required, as they're the only company authorized by fed. Will be reporting to US Dept as well as BBB for breach of service. Don't waste your time here, they're just playing games.

A good travel agent might have said hey " shows start up again the day you leave Vegas, maybe you want to stay an extra day?" The wrong hotel being booked is the worst of it. The sister hotel to the Aria is VDara, which is soooo much further for my ailing mother to walk to the strip. It is not a matter of limited budget or not booking soon enough. I gave no budget and this was booked last year in September. These mistakes have changed our entire vacation experience. We now have an obstructed view and we have to Uber to the strip from the hotel every time. I hate to spend thousands of dollars and not get what I asked for. I recommend you double check everything this agency does!

Stay away!! Protect your wallet!! This lady is a complete fraud. Friends and I booked a cruise…read morealmost a year in advance. We all paid her by the deadline. The group needed 24 room, the amount was around $45,000. She took our money and never booked our cruise. She claimed she was working through a wholesaler for discounts. She claimed they messed up. We found out 1 day before we were to leave (8 day Thanksgiving cruise) that the cruise line knew nothing about us. She claims she got a refund from the wholesaler but not one of us has seen a refund. We have been waiting over 100 days, have filed with the police department for theft and fraud, and still nothing. The subpoenas have revealed there was no refund check received. She took our money and lied to us for a year up to the travel date and now for another 3 months. We have checked court records and find this is a pattern going back years and through multiple states. Do not go anywhere near this lady. If she says the sky is blue seek confirmation from someone else.
