This is the first time we stayed here and we have already booked again! We held our annual meeting here (Paradise is an understatement) and it was absolutely perfect. Full view of sunrise over the ocean and on the other side, full view of the sunset over the river; it really doesn't get any better. In general, this house was immaculate; you could eat off the floor in every room (even the garage)! We arrived at night, but the house was nicely lit (inside & out) & what a nice welcome to hear music playing throughout the house. There was a welcome basket with various items along with a binder with all the information/instructions you need! When inside the house, there are very few areas where you don't have a view--just absolutely awesome. The owners / property manager (& crew) have really thought of EVERYTHING and Al (the property manager) was wonderful to work with, not only with the information he provided, but also his responsiveness! The overall decor of the house was nicely done and nicely furnished! The kitchen is so well stocked with everything you will need (including pots/pans, spices, baggies, plastic containers, bakeware, condiments, dish soap, etc.). The bathrooms are unbelievably stocked with towels (washcloths and hand towels included). They are also stocked with travel size shampoos/soaps, lotions, (which are gifts), etc. as well as blow dryers in every bathroom. Each bedroom had its own style all with a view--except the apt. Beds were very comfortable, and linens were nice and VERY CLEAN with plenty of pillows! To our surprise, there were little "for you" gifts in every room...what a really nice touch! Plenty of closet space and hangers throughout! Wondering about the garage? If you wanted, you could sleep in the garage--bedding, bikes, exercise equipment, life vests (all sizes), water shoes (all sizes), bikes (all sizes), metal detectors, fans, refrigerator, ice maker, coolers, fishing equipment, etc--nothing shy of INCREDIBLE! The apt is just a smaller version: very clean & nicely decorated. Have a little dog, there are not 1 but 2 dog wash stations!! Onto the outside--you are right ON the beach--you have paddle boards, canoe, chairs, swing, etc. The river side--a nice & secure dock & you have fire pit with chairs, a little bar that is covered--logs and lighter are all ready for you! Want to get in the water...take out the kayaks, or the aqua cycles! There is NOTHING they missed! Just INCREDIBLE! Cannot wait to come back In 2020! read more

We had a surprise birthday weekend for my husband with the entire family at their Aquarius property and I cannot say enough about the home and the wonderful time we had! If you can thInk of it, this home has it or will provide it or will steer you in the right direction. We had 13 people in age from 6 months to 60 years and there was something for everyone. We checked in which was a seemless process and did not leave the entire weekend except for one fishing trip. The people who run Beach Houses in Paradise have a slogan that they "Stock heavy so you can pack light" and they mean it! We ran out of wood for the fire pit and I forgot to request more until the following evening. They delivered within 10 minutes. We had an infant and they provided a pack n play, high chair and even a baby monitor. I would say the only thing that you need to know is that 2 of the bedrooms are odd - one is very small and fits little more than a bed and the other is a murphy bed in the main living area surrounded by a retractable privacy curtain. HOWEVER, this home lives to the outside and they really have thought of everything - tiki bar, fishing pier with all the gear, every beach game and accessory you could ever need, water shoes and life jackets in every size, fire pit with wood, heated pool and jacuzzi with tons of floats, masks and snorkels, putting green, barbecue grill, pet washing station, kayaks and stand up paddle boards, exercise area, ice makers up stairs and down, refrigerators upstairs and down, exercise area, ping pong table, Xbox and PlayStation, and I'm sure there's more I'm forgetting. Bottom line is that this is an awesome property wIth equally wonderful hosts! Can not recommend highly enough!! read more

Our crew of golfers just returned from our second trip staying at a BHIP property. This year's house was "Carpe Diem" and was just as spectacular as last year's house "Family Tides". These and other BHIP managed houses are on a narrow barrier island near Stuart, Florida, surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean on one side and the Indian River on the other. The houses are fully stocked with all the amenities you need for a great beach oriented vacation (linens, towels, water, coffee, bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, fire wood for the fire pit, etc., etc.) I can honestly say I've never stayed in such nicely done homes. They are something right out of a travel magazine. The only (very minor) negative I can think of is that the ocean beach directly in front of the house we rented has a lot of rocky coral, so swimming here is not the best. A more sandy beach is a short walk up or down the beach. There's also a beautiful beach park (Bathtub Reef Beach) right up the street where we went to using the many supplied bikes. Al, the manager was very accommodating and responsive to our needs. We had a plumbing issue last year caused by a failed pump. I notified Al and it was completely fixed by the end of the day. Yes - things do go wrong sometimes, but rest assured they will resolve it promptly in the unlikely event it happens during your stay. We can't wait for next year's trip to another BHIP property. read more

If you're looking for paradise, look no further than the Eden Beach Retreat! Just Wow! There were 7 of us at the house (although it sleeps many many more). This was an off-site work meeting and we were lucky enough to celebrate a great year once again at this house a/k/a paradise! If you have to work, and have to plan for company success, why not do it in a beautiful living room with full ocean and river views! It's truly amazing. The house is so very clean and very well stocked, with anything you want. And if there is something you really need, the property manage is a phone call or text away and he gets back to you within a few minutes. The house welcomes you with soft music when you arrive...a nice welcome letter and basket! There is plenty of space, storage, towels, etc. You name it...they have it! You want to play? They have everything you need...from water shoes, life preservers, bikes, big bike for in the water, paddle boards, kayaks, even a canoe. Want to work out a little...it's there. Want to play ping pong...it's there. Whether you work or play or both...this is the perfect house! There is nothing like laying in bed, looking out the glass doors drinking the morning's first cup of coffee to the sounds and view of the ocean...just fantastic. I could probably write pages about Eden Beach Retreat house...it's that amazing! read more

This was my second rental with Beach Houses in Paradise, and once again it was outstanding. My family of six adults, one toddler, and three dogs spent an amazing Thanksgiving week at Avalon. From the moment we opened the door and saw the dog beds, bowls, and even a turkey roasting pan and baster waiting for us, I knew we were in for a special stay. Everything we could possibly need was provided -- from coffee supplies and spices to beach toys to more than enough ovens and refrigerators to handle our holiday cooking. We also felt very safe with both the dogs and the toddler, thanks to the latching gates on the porches and staircases. One of the special, thoughtful gestures was a treasure chest and buried "treasure" our host hid in the sand. My granddaughter absolutely loved it. The accommodations were exceptional as well; we had more bedrooms than we needed and could easily have hosted another family. I definitely recommend Beach Houses in Paradise and Al for all your beach‑house vacation needs. We're already looking forward to our next rental later this year. read more

We were in need of a stress relieving getaway where we could relax while working during the COVID crisis. We were in the vacation rental business for 10 years and have rented homes all over the world, so I feel especially qualified to share that Al has thought of everything you need to the perfect stay! Any type of sports equipment, beach chairs, coolers, life vests in every size, family games for after dinner, TV channels and electronic games... You name it, he has it and has thought about it and has stocked the houses with it. The home has a spectacular view where we could see both the sunrise and sunset all without leaving the home but merely switching sides of the home. For anyone who knows my husband, knows he does not like to go away so I nearly had to drag him to the house for this trip. Carpe Diem, Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carpe Diem in 2018. We promptly reserved additional time in 2019. The house was very well appointed and thoroughly clean. What we most appreciated about the house was the number of good-sized bedrooms for multiple people to sleep. The deck was amply spacious; we also valued the great grill. The empty lot adjacent to the house provided greater sense of spaciousness. The private pier on the inter-coastal side was great for fishing. They even had a small beach on the inter-coastal side with Tiki bar and fire pit that was frequently used. The only negative that we could determine is that there is coral/rock and no beach immediately in front of the house on the ocean side. However, it is very easy after walking down the stairs to simply go to the left or right 20 feet to have ample sand and beach. We love it! read more

We recently spent another fabulous family vacation at "As Good as it Gets", which is part of Beach Houses in Paradise collection. ( this was our third year!) There is so much to do on the property! You can easily spend a relaxing, yet very active and fun vacation with many varied activities without leaving the house. And, you will not have the stress and expense of driving and paying for excursions. We spent our days kayaking, paddle boarding, aqua biking, and fishing on the River side, and took long scenic walks on the Ocean side. We used the bicycles to explore the area and also enjoyed the complementary passes at the Marriott Resort to play tennis and golf. All of these "toys" are provided in the rental house! The house is very well appointed and very comfortable. We love "As Good as it Gets" and value to service provided by the Property Manager, Al Roberts. read more

Our family rented the Oceania Beach House in Jensen Beach, Florida this past weekend. We had an amazing vacation at this beautiful house for our family. It was perfectly located steps away from the beach. The house came with everything you would need and more. We had a family of 16 people staying with six children and the accommodations were very comfortable. The house came equipped with everything we would need from fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or relaxing under the umbrella at the beach. All we needed to bring was ourselves. My family and I just came back from celebrating my 50th birthday at the Eden Resort Beach House. We were there for 7 glorious days! Words cannot express how spectacular it was to wake up everyday and see the sunrise from the master bedroom or the living room floor to ceiling windows, and every night to see the sunset views from the enormous kitchen and floor to ceiling dining room windows. Not only were the views spectacular but the amount of activities that were available at your fingertips were voluminous. Aquatopia North. Stuart FL Went with 8 adults and 5 kids. Amazing. Home was stocked with everything we needed, Bikes, Fishing rods, as well has basic items like coffee, Team, paper goods, bug spray. Home has everything you need and with kids very practical. Pool, Hot tub, dock, kayaks all ready to use with a ton for life preservers and fishing needs. A vacation rental should provide a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Instead, we were left dealing with cleanliness concerns, physical discomfort, and a complete lack of support when problems arose. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend that future travelers look elsewhere and book with a different property or management company. There are too many other options available to risk spending your vacation dealing with the same issues we encountered. read more

I highly recommend this company if booking a beach house in Florida!! They think of everything!! The houses are fully stocked...all you need to bring is your clothes. The house was impeccable when we walked in with music playing softly in each room. There was plenty for everyone kids to senior citizens to do for our stay. Today is our last day at the "Chateau de la Mer" and we are already planning our next trip back! This place did not fall short in any category. They had everything you could possibly need and want. It fit all 14 of us comfortably with amazing views. There was one problem with the dishwasher but they came right out and tried to fix it and when they couldn't they replaced it within the hour. We stayed a week at the Aqua Topia South. The house was amazing and fully stocked with everything you could ever want on vacation. Enjoyed the pool, fishing off the dock, kayaking and lots of fun on the putting green. Would highly recommend this house or any of the others offers by Beach Houses in Paradise.
