Nothing too exotic with this cider other than it's a straight up wonderfully tasting hard apple cider with just the right amount of sweetness which most importantly gives me the impression I'm drinking a cider and not a soda pop. I saw a lot of tempting choices here and so I got a taster set so I wouldn't have to decide on just one cider. For my taster set I got the Peargatory, Chimera, Honey Bubbles and Cold Smoke. I liked the Peargatory a lot. I am often drawn to perry ciders often and this one was no exception in the matter. The Honey Bubbles was very good as well as it was more of a dry Rosé ciderbut with a little bit of sweetness. The Chimera was a cheery apple cider and that one was pretty good but a wasn't one of my favorites as was the Cold Smoke which came across heavier on my pallette. None of the ciders were bad, I just had some favorites. In fact in this part of Washington state I am not so sure you can go wrong with any cidery you go to.
