Contact was made and it went extremely well as they were very knowledgeable and recommended the best way to maneuver our long 5th wheel into a spot that was adjacent to the pond. It was super easy to find. Layout was well planned out. The spots were plentiful. The pond is amazing for dogs. The pathways around the park - including to the Yakima River were well kept. The facilities were great and their store is one of the best I've ever been in. Highly recommend this park! We will be back

There is a large pond in the park that you can use for calm water activities. Our grandsons had a blast making friends, cycling and paddle boarding. There is plenty to do right here at Whispering Pines. There is a bounce pad, two nice playgrounds, a dog area, and as I mentioned before, the pond. The sites are large, level and nestled amongst the trees. There is plenty of wildlife for your viewing enjoyment. The park does have many rules in place for everyone's safety; and they do drive around in their little carts to enforce them. *Mind your manners and you shouldn't have any problems.

This year we had 5 RVs and 5 SUVs/trucks in our pod with tons of room to spare. The grounds are very clean, the pods are huge, it is quiet at night, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the walk to the venue is easy. We can't imagine doing Labor Dave weekends staying anywhere else. We hope we can continue to stay at the Park at Cave B under the same management for years to come.

The biggest downfall is there is a weak cell signal for Verizon and the spot we had was at the tail end of their wifi capabilities. If you need wifi, you must stay closer to the office. 10 minutes to Leavenworth, 10 mins to Cashmere. We were in sight 51!

I'm giving it 3 stars rather than 4…read morebecause we were in the overflow area, which was basically a gravel parking lot with sites very close to each other. However, the main campground is much more wooded and pleasant (though the sites are still very close to each other.) I'd give it a 4 if we had stayed there. Pros: electricity, water and sewer were available at the site. The camp also has a pool (closed during these covid times), a small store, a restaurant, and it also looked like they sell propane on site though we didn't buy any. The park is in reasonable proximity to both Bumping Lake and Chinook Pass to the west and Naches and Yakima to the east. Cons: as I said, small sites and the overflow area was quite ugly. Also the men's bathroom is secured with a sliding chain safety lock which allows the door to open a bit before it engages. This allows someone outside to see you sitting in the throne when someone else tries to open the door. I don't know if the women's bathroom is the same way, but whoever thought that kind of lock was appropriate for a bathroom with no stalls or other privacy screens needs to try it once or twice and see how it feels. The price seemed pretty standard for RV parks with full hookups.

A pool, a playground, a large covered area, a fenced dog park - complete with a variety of hydrants for when nature calls for the pups and activities there. I didn't test the WiFi but there are two available from the park that had decent signal strength had we wanted to indulge. It was a lovely little place. Blacktops crumbling…read more The restrooms are a laugh. 1 toilet and 2 showers for the men's and 2 toilets and 2 showers for the women. There are 79 lots here with nothing to do. The big problems are really bad. Ants, bees, fleas, ticks, mosquitoes are the worst. washers and dryers are broken or don't clean very well. The manager is never there. When asked questions is not very friendly and sometimes dismissive and short or just plain rude.
